Return Eligibility 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:

  • The unit must be unused and in original condition
  • Accessories and hygiene-related items are not eligible
  • Each machine is eligible for one replacement only

 

Required Proof Before Return

Before requesting a return, you must provide:

  • clear photo of the product upon delivery
  • clear photo before return shipment
  • video showing the product condition

This protects both sides and confirms product status before and after use.

 

How to Start a Return

To begin:

Once approved, you will receive the correct return warehouse address.

Customer responsible for return shipping.


Refund Fees

Refunds include standard cost deductions:

  • 10% transaction fee

 

Return Shipping Rules
  • You must send the product only to the provided address
  • Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted
  • “Return to sender” shipments are not valid returns

 

Return Process
  1. Request Approval with Proof
    Submit your return request with required photo and video proof.
    Approval time: 2–3 weeks
  2. Receive Return Address
    Once approved, the correct warehouse address will be shared.
  3. Ship the Product
    Send the product to the provided address only.
  4. Share Tracking Number
    Reply with your tracking details after shipment.
  5. Product Inspection Begins
    Inspection starts once the product is received at the warehouse.
  6. Processing After Inspection
    Return processing begins only after the product passes inspection.
    Processing time: 3–4 weeks

 

Replacement Policy
  • Covered under 1-Year Replacement Warranty
  • Requires:Clear proof (video + images), Verification by support team

Once approved:

  • Replacement is issued after inspection
  • Only one replacement per unit

 

Important Notes
  • Returns without proper proof will not be processed
  • Communication with the support team is required at every stage
  • Failure to follow steps may result in rejection

During this period:

  • You cannot file disputes or chargebacks

  • The process must be completed through the support team

Communication Requirement

All refund requests must go through our support team to be reviewed and processed correctly.

Direct disputes, chargebacks, or claims without completing this process through our support team are not accepted.
