Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:
- The unit must be unused and in original condition
- Accessories and hygiene-related items are not eligible
- Each machine is eligible for one replacement only
Required Proof Before Return
Before requesting a return, you must provide:
- A clear photo of the product upon delivery
- A clear photo before return shipment
- A video showing the product condition
This protects both sides and confirms product status before and after use.
How to Start a Return
To begin:

- Include:Order number, Required photo and video proof
Once approved, you will receive the correct return warehouse address.
Customer responsible for return shipping.
Refund Fees
Refunds include standard cost deductions:
- 10% transaction fee
Return Shipping Rules
- You must send the product only to the provided address
- Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted

Return Process

Inspection starts once the product is received at the warehouse. - Processing After Inspection
Return processing begins only after the product passes inspection.
Processing time: 3–4 weeks
Replacement Policy
- Covered under 1-Year Replacement Warranty
- Requires:Clear proof (video + images), Verification by support team
Once approved:
- Replacement is issued after inspection
- Only one replacement per unit
Important Notes
- Returns without proper proof will not be processed
- Communication with the support team is required at every stage
- Failure to follow steps may result in rejection
